I've put up a transcript of a talk, Less Excel, More Components, that I'm giving at the European Spreadsheet Risks Interest Group tomorrow. My talk is about the same idea — pieces of spreadsheet that you can download to do difficult calculations, and that adapt to different sizes, shapes, and places in a worksheet — but shows this working with Excel.
