Escher's Edict

In Heroes and Differences, I introduced Piet Hein's grooks. Below is another: Good Advice, from his book More Grooks. But I'm not sure how to obey it. Can anybody tell me, via a logical justification, simulation, or whatever? I tried programming an Eliza that would run it in Prolog, and now my Prolog interpreter just loops at me:

Shun advice
at any price —
that's what I call
good advice.
